This 1994 Lamborghini Diablo VT is finished in Rosso Diablo over Champagne leather and is powered by a 5.7-liter V12 linked with a five-speed manual transmission and a Viscous Traction all-wheel-drive system with front and rear limited-slip differentials. The car rides on an electronically adjustable suspension along with 17″ OZ Racing multi-piece alloy wheels and features retractable headlights, scissor doors, and a rear wing. Inside, the fixed-back bucket seats are accompanied by a gated shifter and air conditioning along with an Alpine cassette stereo and CD changer. The car is said to have been delivered new in California and later remained with one owner from 2000 through 2020 before being acquired by the selling dealer in 2024. Work in preparation for the sale has involved repainting the bumpers and servicing the fuel system as well as replacing the spark plugs, clutch cylinders, and tires.
Featuring composite and aluminum bodywork over a steel spaceframe chassis, the Marcello Gandini-designed Diablo debuted in late 1990 and was refreshed upon introduction of the all-wheel-drive VT model in 1993. This example left the factory finished in Diablo Rosso and features retractable headlights, fog lights, scissor doors, a vented engine cover, a rear wing, and quad exhaust outlets. Work in 2023 involved repainting the bumpers as well as replacing the exterior door lock buttons, mirror seals, and reversing lamps in addition to one of the fog lamps.
